Coinciding with the release of Music Memos, Apple have announced the release of Garageband for iOS version 2.1.
Music Memos offer a quick easy way to record ideas with basic automatic accompaniment and quickly and easily import them in to either Garageband or Logic via iCloud.
Garageband version 2.1 now includes support for the Music Memos, a new Drummer feature with “acoustic virtual session drummers that provide their own signature sound” and also Live Loops. Live Loops is a DJ orientated performance tool inspired by DJ hardware controllers and drum machines as a grid based sequencer.
